Are the demands never ending?

Do the never ending demands on you and your time sometimes get so overwhelming you feel you cannot breathe? As human beings we are meant to continually grow. When we stop growing we die, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Chantal Dawtrey Consultants (CDC) is a greenhouse for leadership development, personal growth and purposeful learning.

At CDC we involve you in the learning. Whether it is being coached, having a conflict mediated or a workshop facilitated. We want to see visible sustainable behavioural change after any intervention we facilitate.


Chantal Dawtrey


A qualified teacher, Chantal Dawtrey’s ambitions took her into the corporate world where she moved into senior management positions by developing strong teams and encouraging a learning environment. When she became a shareholder in a family-run manufacturing business, she focused on organisational development and building a strong performance culture. Here she introduced coaching as part of leadership development programmes and peak performance programmes for the sales team. On transitioning out of the business it was a natural move to establish CDC.

Chantal has a BA HdipEd from the University of Witwatersrand, Management Advancement Diploma from Wits Business School and a Masters of Philosophy in Management Coaching from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She is a qualified COMENSA credentialed coach, a registered coach supervisor and neurolinguistic practitioner, as well as a CD/ACDS/CEDR accredited mediator.

She is a member of COMENSA, a member of the COMENSA Research Portfolio Committee and the chairperson of the COMENSA Supervision Portfolio Committee.


Matthew Green


Matthew has over twenty years’ experience in the field of human potential and behavioural change. He is a qualified EFT practitioner and therapist. Although EFT is typically used in a healing framework, Matthew sees huge potential in and has had great results using it to address limiting beliefs, enhancing performance and ensuring sustainable changes in behaviour.

Matthew owns 3 Words, a creative collective and is a regular speaker on beliefs and change-work. He facilitates workshops for both community run projects and corporations and in these workshops EFT is a key component in ensuring the desired outcomes are met.


In times of change learners inherit the earth; while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.
